In plain English, the Realty AZ Central Guarantee ensures that the service agreed upon between you and the Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent was, in fact, provided. If the service was not done right, or if there were any last minute surprises or exclusions, we’ll try to facilitate a good outcome for you and the agent. In cases a resolution is unachievable, we’ll either find and pay for any damages or, at our option, reimburse you up to $1,000 toward any damages. Having a Real Estate Agent misrepresent you is an aggravating waste of time and in some instances money, which is why we strive to only work with the best Real Estate Agents. The Realty AZ Central Guarantee does not cover any expenses other than those directly involved with the transaction.
All Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agents are fully vetted by our Pre-screening and Certification team. Further, all the Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agents have explicitly agreed to abide by the high standards set forth by us, including making sure you are completely satisfied with the service you hired them to perform. We are confident your experience with one of our Certified & Guaranteed Agents will be second to none. In the rare instance an issue arises, we are confident you will be able to remedy any differences you may have with one of our Certified & Guaranteed Agents without our direct involvement, but if you can’t, let us know, and we will do our very best to make sure you’re fully satisfied.

Once you contact us, one of our Customer Care Representatives may ask you for all documentation generated in connection with your dealings with the Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent. Please have a copy of the purchase contract you entered in to, any paid receipt/cancelled check and any other relevant documentation generated by you or the Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent in the course of your unsatisfactory dealings. We will supply you with a fax number and/or street address where you can send the needed copies once your initial claim has been received. Please note that we will most likely contact the Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent to seek their feedback regarding the unresolved, unsatisfactory transaction. This helps you, your fellow consumers and us by identifying potential agents who simply do not maintain the Realty AZ Central Standard.
If your initial claim meets the basic Realty AZ Central Guarantee qualifications – and you are unable to resolve things directly with the Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent – we will act as a neutral party to help facilitate an amicable solution to the unresolved issues. Our allegiance is to both you and the Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent. Our sole aim is to make sure the job is done right. Although we will try our best to help resolve problems, we cannot be held liable or responsible if an acceptable resolution between you and the Realty AZ Central Certified Agent is not reached.
When the processes outlined above are exhausted – if you and the Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent have not been able to reach an acceptable resolution – we may, in our sole discretion, elect to remedy the situation in one of two ways:
- Have your job done by another Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent or industry professional; or,
- Reimburse you for your out-of-pocket expenses, in an amount not to exceed $1,000.
If we choose to refer your job to another Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent or industry professional, you agree to cooperate with the appointed Realty AZ Central Certified & Guaranteed Agent or industry professional.
We may, on a case-by-case basis, as the facts dictate, in our sole and absolute discretion, waive any or all of the elements needed to qualify for action under the Realty AZ Central Guarantee. Every episode of unsatisfactory service has its own story, and, every story has two sides. Our overriding mission is to quickly gather the facts, appeal to the agents’ and the consumers’ sense of reason and fair play and make sure the job is satisfactorily completed according to the Realty AZ Central’s Standards.
